Returns and complaints
You may return your product within 14 days. In order to do that, please inform us by filling in the return form download here.
Your shipment payment will be reimbursed in the case of the entire order being returned. The buyer covers the cost of the return.
Personalized or special order products may not be returned.
The returned product must be properly secured. We will appreciate sending back the original box, bubble wrap or polysterene packing
Please attach the completed return form and the original receipt to the product you want to return and send it to the following address:

COMPLAINTS
If the purchased product failed to meet your expectations,
you are welcome to file your complaint at: kontakt@foxyfamily.pl

We will reply to your complaint within 14 days.
We will inform you by e-mail of phone about our proposed solution.
If we accept your complaint, the defect will be removed or your product exchanged for a one without defects.
